Bio: After a career in investment services, André switched gears to purse his passion in wine. Since then he’s been a tour de force in the industry being awarded Best Yong Sommelier in America, working as Sommelier at Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry and Per Se, and finally fulfilling his longtime dream of becoming a winemakers and setting up shop Maison Noir Wines.



We are excited for topic two of our new initiative, Creating Raves in our Businesses, this week! All businesses across USHG will have a consistent theme or topic for the week, which we hope to incorporate in line ups, team meetings, and have as a company-wide focus.

This week we’re talking about Connecting Dots and Reading Signs! Let’s all think about ways we can Connect Dots with all of our stakeholders (each other, guests, community, suppliers, and investors), and celebrate each other when we see our team mates connecting dots and building relationships!

One of themes we heard from you through our all-employee survey last fall was a desire to hear more about the current state of USHG and our future growth plans.  We also heard that there was a huge opportunity to engage in more direct and two-way conversations so that you are able to get the information that is relevant for your world.

 One of the strategic reasons why we continue to grow our company, is to create growth opportunities for our people. In addition to hearing from Danny, we also heard from a few different leaders about their growth paths within USHG.
