Administrative Support

The office of the executives, a.k.a “Mission Control”, is responsible for making sure that the EC and the departments are supported in whatever way is necessary – everything from scheduling meetings to picking up lunches – in an attempt to maximize the time the EC spends in the office. Mission Control strives to sequence communication flow for maximum efficiency, and make sure that the EC members are where they need to be with all of the tools they need to further USHG’s mission.

Mary Garvin

  • Maintains Danny’s calendar, phone and mail
  • Routes and responds to Danny’s correspondence on his behalf
  • Maintains and builds relationships on Danny’s behalf including those with board members, investors and organizations in which Danny is involved
  • Manages Danny’s travel arrangements
  • Supports EC meetings with agenda and minute creation and distribution

Beth Wisniewski

  • Supports Erin Moran and Richard Coraine including their: calendar, phone, meeting materials creation and production, reservations, expense report and credit card reconciliation, sequencing of communications, contacts and travel arrangements
  • Supports Kitty in planning of EC Retreat and Leadership Retreat (including the venue research, planning and logistics)
  • Supports Danny Meyer and Mary Garvin with travel arrangements, calendar maintenance, lunch runs, PR re-tweets, book signings, and other tasks 

Kitty Mortland

  • Supports Sabato Sagaria, Ashley Campbell, and Avisheh Avini including: calendar, phone, meeting material creation, reservations, sequencing, credit card reconciliation, communications, organization
  • Supports large events including: USHG Board meetings, Jam Sessions, EC Retreat and Leadership Retreat
  • Routes PDR requests from our website
  • Creates and distributes GEM cards from Sabato Sagaria

Kyle McCullers

  • Supports EHI with administrative tasks including calendaring, phone, meeting material creation, reservation requests, travel arrangements, credit card reconciliation, communications
  • Supports EHI in facilitating investor communications
