Class 3: Basic Butchering Skills
With Jason Pfeifer, Executive Chef, Maialino
Friday, April 21 - 4:00 - 5:30pm

Jason will demonstrate the basics of whole animal butchery.  The class will begin with a half of a cow from Heritage Foods and learn how break it down into primal cuts and discuss the variety of uses for the remainder of the animal.
