USHG Mentor Program - Apply by December 14th

What is the USHG Mentor Program?

We focus our efforts on matching highly motivated, high-potential employees with USHG’s best-of-the-best Executive Leaders for ongoing, one-on-one coaching and advice.  Our program matches Mentees with a Mentor from outside their business for monthly one-hour meetings. These conversations happen outside of work and give Mentees an opportunity to seek guidance and coaching to become a better manager and leader.

We offer two versions of this program:

  1. Front Line Employees - this program will run from January through July 2019. Mentors/Mentees meet a minimum of 6 times over the course of six months. Each session is about an hour in length.

  2. Salaried Employees – This program is once a year and lasts the entire year. Mentors/Mentees meet a minimum of 9 times over the course of the year. Each session is about an hour in length.

  3. For both programs, we will be hosting Book Clubs for mentor program participants, lead by Erin Moran, and Danny will lead several round table conversations with mentees.

Who can apply for this program?

All USHG employees who have been in their current position for at least 6 months have the opportunity to apply through our online application process through inside.ushgnyc.com. (Managers, to participate, please visit The Square.)
