Paid Time Off (PTO)

We believe that time away from work, while being paid, is a vitally important benefit for our people and strongly encourage our people to take the time off they have earned. We want our people to be able to take care of themselves and their needs outside of work and believe that in so doing, our people will be happier and healthier.

In order to make sure that we are taking care of each other thoughtfully, we need to carefully balance the needs of the individual with the needs of the team. Therefore, all requests for PTO will require the approval of management and the sooner that you submit your requests, the better the chance that it will be approved. If your request is denied, your manager will explain to you the reasons and will work with you to find a better and more appropriate time.
