USHG Votes

(En Español)

We are excited to get out the vote and empower our community to make their voices heard at the polls.  Here you'll find information about voter registration in the tri-state area, polling places, and more!

Please contact your POPs manager if you need any additional resources or would like to get involved.

Election Day is November 6.

USHG guarantees 3 hours of paid time away from your shift on November 6 if your work schedule doesn’t allow sufficient time to vote.

Notify your scheduling manager between October 27-November 4.

If you do not have sufficient time outside your working hours to vote you may take off up to 2 hours at the beginning or end of your shift, with pay, to allow you time to vote.

Sufficient time is defined as:  4 consecutive hours either between the opening of the polls and the beginning of your working shift or between the end of your working shift and the closing of the polls.

You must notify your POPs manager no more than 10 or not less than 2 days before the day of the election that you will take that time.
